Fruit porridge from apples and apricots not only adds natural sweetness, but also a rich fruity aroma that beautifully intertwines with the delicate tones of green tea. Apricots bring their characteristic sweet and sour taste, while apples add freshness and fullness.

Green tea, which is the basis of this recipe, is known for its many health benefits. It is full of antioxidants that help detoxify the body and strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients for homemade iced tea

  • 2 bags of green tea
  • apple and apricot fruit puree (2 teaspoons per serving)

Pour boiling water over the green tea bags and let them steep for two to three minutes so they don't become bitter. Then remove the bag and let the tea cool. Once the tea has cooled to room temperature, add the honey and stir well to dissolve completely.

Add two teaspoons of apple and apricot puree to a glass of ice. Then pour the chilled tea over ice and fruit puree. Serve iced tea in tall glasses, garnished with slices of fresh fruit or mint leaves for extra freshness.
