Confectionery near the fountain

Time stands still in the pastry shop Pri vodnjaku. The old middle-class houses offer us a very pleasant coolness in the summer heat, and the peaceful view of the Hercules Fountain will conjure up summer delicacies on the table, which will make us wish that the heat would not end. If wandering around the city tired us out, the ice cream specialties will surely restore our energy, which will satisfy both fruit lovers and those who like a drop of "strong" mixed into their ice cream. With ice cream, you can have fresh fruit, and the Slovenian tradition is followed by "strudleis" - an apple roll with ice cream. Of course, even the youngest will have fun with ice cream crafts, prepared just for them. We can also treat ourselves to foreplay with fruit frappes, and a colorful fruit salad will lead us to a healthy life. Some say that fever should be chased with tea. At the fountain, we can find a wide selection of teas, as well as different types of coffee. Natural fruit juices will also bring us real refreshment, and to make life a little more interesting, we will treat ourselves to one of the colorful cocktails. And a small tip for the whole year: cakes and roulades are delicious regardless of the season.
