The GALAXY Tab is Samsung's first tablet computer and represents a new category of mobile products for Samsung. It is powered by the Android 2.2 operating system - in Slovenian, of course. Browsing the web is the same as on a regular computer, and users can enjoy all forms of multimedia content on the 7-inch screen while on the go. What's more, continuous communication is enabled via e-mail, voice or video calls, SMS/MMS messages, and the use of social networks is optimized through the user interface. The Slovenian application Swype enables quick and easy text entry. Readers Hub, Samsung's unique e-reading app, provides quick access to an extensive digital library of everything from classic literature to bestsellers and reference materials. At the same time, Samsung unveils "Media Hub", a portal to the world of movies and videos, and the "Music Hub" application, which provides access to a wide selection of music files.
