Can you imagine living in a city surrounded only by greenery, with flowers and vegetables growing right on your facade? This is the vision of the Danish architect Raimond de Hullu, which he translated into the Oas1s house, a self-sufficient house that is "green" in both senses of the word, as a green building (it is more than just a low-energy and passive house) and actually, since the facade is overgrown with vegetation. The Dane used biomimicry in the architectural design, as the house, which measures 6 x 6 x 12 meters, imitates trees.

The modern family house Concrete Cut House in Tel Aviv consists of rectangular prisms stacked on top of each other, and between its glass panels an endless line of concrete snakes like a snake. Hence the name of this luxurious home of refined design, which draws colors from the outside environment.
Cerkniško polje is richer for the alluring dominant, a modern house, mainly made of concrete and larch wood, which are mixed in places with white facade panels. It lies on the edge of Cerknica, and from it the view spreads over the Cerknica field, which played a key role in the construction. Javornik and Snežnik peaks are also within sight. Although it is modern, it remains in genuine contact with nature.
Imagine owning a beautiful mansion with a spacious underground garage and enough money for an enviable collection of cars... A group of architecture students at the Estonian Academy of Fine Arts installed three extra-large wooden Ruup megaphones in a small clearing in the middle of a forest in Võru County, Estonia. Fusing modern architecture with wilderness, the acoustic installation is a place of meditation, relaxation and performance, amplifying the sounds of nature such as birdsong and rustling leaves.
Every city has them, namely abandoned buildings. Those sad images that decay before the eyes of the public. Houses of spirits. Nevertheless, there is something magical in this decay, rotting and reeking of the building's "corpse". And even if the ravages of time siphon the juices of life from them, life, energy, and above all stories still flow in them. These, told by abandoned and decaying buildings scattered across Europe, are documented by Christian Richter.
All visitors to the Norwegian fjords, more precisely the Akrafjorden fjord, are richer for the wonderful mountain or hunting lodge of the same name, which is located in the heart of wild nature. In spite of the fact that the shelter took only 35 square meters of space from nature, thanks to the ingenious arrangement of the beds, which are also seats, it can offer overnight accommodation to as many as 21 visitors to the fjord. They are arranged in a circle around the floating fireplace. The roof is covered with moss, and the house is clad in stone and wood to blend in with the idyllic and untouched surroundings.

Moonlight Cabin is a minimalistic oceanfront retreat in Victoria, Australia. The cabin is designed in such a way that we can enjoy the fleeting moments offered by its natural surroundings as much as possible. Admittedly, the home is relatively small, as it covers only 60 square meters, but with this, its authors shake up the idea of 'how small is too small' and how much and what we really need for a comfortable stay today. It is a low-energy house that offers maximum comfort.
