Want to go to the cinema for free? Then now's your chance, as we're giving away 2 x 2 tickets to see Gold, starring Matthew McConaughey, who once again excels on the big screen, this time as Kenny Wells, who dreams big dreams for which he's willing to go to the end of the world, with unwavering conviction, similar to that of our handball players, which overcomes all obstacles. He is sure that he will succeed.
50 Shades Woman is a new crazy comedy that will show the truth in an entertaining way. The play is based on well-known real-life events. What happens to a baby in a cradle when it deliberately wakes its parents? How does a teenage girl deal with the problem of losing her "virginity" for the third time? Which shade shows up in the relationship with a "loving" mother, a "wonderful" son, an "understanding" husband, schoolmates, lovers, colleagues, and last but not least: in the joyful moments of aging? After this show, women will finally be understood and exposed - or not.
In the time of happy December, he especially needs some carefree fun, and the movie Office Christmas Party is perfect for such a thing. November will be marked by films that we have been eagerly waiting for. If we can no longer follow Tina Maze on the small screen, we will be able to admire her on the big screen. In addition to the Slovenian documentary, Igor Šterko's Slovenian thriller and Nikola Koja's Serbian comedy are also coming to cinemas, and Hollywood once again took care of the offer of high-budget specials.
Hot summer film events will be followed by no less hot autumn film events. We present films that will make it worth visiting the cinema in September.
The famous British ski jumper Michael Edwards, better known under the nickname Eddie The Eagle or Eddie the Eagle is a living legend. A slightly older generation probably still remembers his famous performance at the Olympic Games in Calgary, Canada in 1988, because of which the International Olympic Committee changed the rules to no longer have to place exotics in the Olympics (well, Venessa Mae did it anyway). Although he never really lived up to his name (his jumps were short and unreliable), he won the hearts of fans around the world with his genuine Olympic spirit and determination. The path of probably the most unusual ski jumper of all time was translated into a film by Dexter Fletcher with Hugh Jackman and Taron Egerton in the central role. And another interesting thing. The film was also shot by Slovenian jumpers, who performed jumps and stunts.
The same level of madness and adrenaline. The other driver. This is the shortest possible synopsis of the new movie from the Transporter series, subtitled The Transporter: Refueled. Jason Statham handed over the steering wheel to another Brit, Ed Skrein, while he himself preferred to focus on another franchise - Mechanic. Although Skrein had big shoes to fill, judging by the trailer, there is no reason to fear that the fourth film in the series will fail the test.
Tales from the Host - a fantasy family adventure starring the famous actors Meryl Streep and Johnny Depp, is the story of a bewitched baker and his wife, who cannot have children due to a curse. Rob Marshall, director of the Oscar-winning films Chicago and Geisha, this time presents an unusual intertwining of the popular fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm.
In the third part of the action hit Kidnapped, the actor Liam Neeson shines again in the main role, who as a former agent tries to protect his daughter and clear his name.
