The second Slovenian Laughter Contest brings together various events, but the central one is the Laughter Contest, in which participants will compete against each other in different branches of laughter.
This year also saw the unusual "Men National Beard and Mustache Championship" organized by Beard Team USA. More than 150 participants from America, Canada and England showed what they can do under their noses in 17 categories.
