This year also saw the unusual "Men National Beard and Mustache Championship" organized by Beard Team USA. More than 150 participants from America, Canada and England showed what they can do under their noses in 17 categories.
Competition was held in the southern to New Orleans in the house of blues, in a real authentic masculine atmosphere. American commercial photographer Greg Anderson, as the official photographer of the championship, recorded life and real men's artwork.
