Opel Crossland X is the next crossover that buried the minivan. His 'victim' is the Opel Meriva. The family-oriented small crossover will be dimensionally comparable to the Opel Mokka. It will be joined by the Grandland X later this year. In addition to the aforementioned pair, Opel will introduce three new SUV models by 2020.
Suzuki's tiny SUV Ignis, which has caught on nicely in Slovenia, is coming back. The new Suzuki Ignis (2017) is safer, more environmentally friendly, feather-light and more beautiful.
The new Peugeot 5008 has joined the ranks of crossovers. Now it is no longer a family MPV, as it looks more like an SUV than a typical MPV. Nevertheless, it remains extremely useful. Peugeot is thus following in the footsteps of Renault and the Espace model, and the second generation of the 5008 is moving away from single-seater paradigms and towards family crossovers. It is equipped with ambient lighting.
In recent years, smaller SUVs have literally gone "for honey", but despite this, Kia's soul is still considered a true exotic. With the cosmetic renovation, they want to bring one of the first crossovers in the segment closer to a wider target audience, in many respects, as well as set new trends. The latter comes at the expense of the electric drive, which Kia and Soul are the first to offer.
The third-generation Nissan Murano will debut this month at the New York Auto Show. He will take us on the road at the end of the year.
