Bone broth flavored ice cream? Those of you who follow the global culinary scene a little more know that bone broth has been a real culinary hit in recent times. It is served in large coffee cups as a fortifying super meal (it is easy to digest, strengthens the immune system, etc.) and has become a market niche for many restaurants around the world. Slovenians have soups in our blood, as they are inextricably linked to Sunday lunch. A hot "župca" - bone soup is a soup without meat, made from soup vegetables, bones and spices; it is a "cheaper" version of beef broth, which is mainly used as a base - it just doesn't fit as well in the summer as it does in the colder months, but ice cream does.
