Martin's Day in Maribor 2017 will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2017, starting at 11:11 a.m. On Trg Leona Štruklja, we will socialize to the music of Gadov, Čukov, AFS Studentsov and the small wind band Neuvirtovi Štajerci with Rudi Kraner. Makro Beer Fest 2017: a big festival of small breweries in Maribor

On Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30, Maribor will host the fourth, now traditional, microbrewing festival - Makro Beer Fest 2017, a large festival of small breweries, where 30 brewers from Germany, Austria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia. Visitors will be able to choose from about 100 types of beer, different styles of "pale ale", "indian pale ale", "porter", "stout" and the increasingly popular "sour" and "gose".

FerFud DUEL: fine bites at a fair price

This year, too, we will be able to enjoy fine bites at fair prices. FerFud is returning to Slovenian streets, this time as FerFud DUEL. And what kind of match will we witness this year? Festival Maribor 2017: being romantic is not a sin

The origins of the Maribor Festival date back more than half a century. Today, the Maribor Festival is one of the most recognizable and high-quality festivals on Slovenian soil. The Maribor Festival 2017 will take place between September 3 and 21, 2017. As every year, important foreign and local musicians will perform on Maribor's stages, and this year's theme of the festival is romance with all its derivatives and in the broadest sense of the word. The Lent Festival 2017 will undoubtedly be something special. It is celebrating a landmark anniversary - 25 years of growth, existence, joy, 'lounging' and festival adventures. One of the biggest summer festivals in our country will once again host the most famous names, and the events will be diverse and colorful. The undisputed star of the festival will be Bob Geldof, a musician best known for his activism and the song I Don't Like Mondays.
