The Vitranc Cup 2016 will take place on March 5 and 6, 2016, when giant slalom and slalom will be held in Kranjska Gora. In its 55th edition, the Vitranc Cup is returning to its roots, as a stylized snowman on skis is once again inviting us to Kranjska Gora, which is remembered by the spectators of the first match for the Vitranc Cup in 1961. The Golden Fox 2016 is getting closer, and Alpine skiers will apply for the Golden Fox title on January 30 (VSL) and 31 (SL) 2016. The Slovenian skiing holiday under Pohorje will pass without Tina Maza this time (but only in a competitive sense, as she will be on the track as an expert commentator), which is no reason for us to lack reasons to cheer, as the rest of the Slovenian girls this year showed excellent performances in technical disciplines, so at the 52nd Zlata Lisica we can also hope for top rankings of domestic competitors.
