In Milan, Italy, Volvo Cars presented the XC40 model, its first compact SUV. For the Swedish car manufacturer, this is certainly a milestone, as they will add a third SUV to their catalog, which also belongs to its own segment. The Volvo XC40 will be the first Volvo in the class of compact SUVs, which is currently the fastest growing car class.

How many times have you heard that someone sets a new record on one of the most famous tracks and keeps quiet about it for a whole year? And how they had it.
For fans of the Swedish brand, the new Volvo XC60 is probably the car they've been waiting for a long time and it certainly lived up to all expectations. It's just so different that it stands out.
You don't buy a new car just because your neighbor bought a new one. Or because your old car has more than 100,000 kilometers on the odometer. You should buy new cars mainly for safety reasons, which are becoming safer from generation to generation with a bunch of new technological driving aids. The safest cars not only protect passengers with technical solutions such as airbags, but also help the driver to avoid and prevent accidents.
Volvo recently teased with a trailer (see below) for its new smallest coupe in history – the Volvo Rider Concept XC Coupé. But this one is not what you expect.
The long-awaited new Volvo XC60 is here. Volvo unveiled the new generation of its mid-size SUV at the Geneva Motor Show. Its predecessor was on the market for nine years. In many ways, the new Volvo SUV shares the platform and design elements with the larger XC90 model.

All the best Euro NCAP! You may be wondering why there is so much excitement over the fact that the car safety testing organization Euro NCAP is celebrating 20 years. It is to a large extent responsible for the fact that our cars are so safe today, as it drives car brands to try to do even more in the field of safety. Euro NCAP is a kind of our guardian angel on the roads and, as it boasts, it has saved more than 78 thousand lives since 1997. Are you interested in car safety 20 years ago and today? Then be sure to watch the video comparing the crash safety of a car of the latest date and a car from the late 1990s.
The results of the first tests of the Euro NCAP organization in 2017 are known. At the beginning of the year, two Volvos were tested, which proved themselves extremely well. The Volvo S90 and Volvo V90 were named among the safest cars in the history of Euro NCAP tests.
Volvo continues with a series of attractive advertisements in which it demonstrates its products. The Live Test series was started by Jean-Claude Vam Damme with a twine between two trucks three years ago, and from the Croatian highlands comes a new video that will make your skin crawl. It will be tested on 300 XC90 and S90 owners. With the service, which will be part of the Volvo On Call mobile platform, Volvo wants to make the life of car owners easier.
