On September 1, 2016, after months of renovation and preparations, the Danilo inn and wine bar reopened its doors. The new, renovated inn was taken over by Nina and Gašper Čarman – sister and brother, who are proudly continuing the successful family tradition for the third generation. Danilo Inn is special and different, but homely. Old dishes are prepared in a modern way, and grandmothers' familiar recipes are masterfully transformed with the knowledge of their mother, master chef Vesna Čarman. Danilo - tavern & wine bar is Gorenje's representative in the elite club Jeunes restaurateurs d'Europe. It preserves the values of traditional home cooking and local ingredients, but at the same time promises us that every plate will be prepared with creativity and new flavors.
