The man asked the sage: "How can I get out of the vicious circle of everyday life, in which there is neither love nor happiness?"
The sage answered him: "You can go from the circle to where the beginning and the end meet!"
The man thought and went in search of the place where the sky meets the earth. However, the horizon was always at the same distance. Tired of everything, he sat down by the ocean shore and thought he had reached the end of the world. The sage's words echoed in his head.
He sat on the shore for a long time and watched the sun and the clouds, and at night the moon and the stars, and at last he saw his past and future merge into the present moment and form life.
He knew the answer. There is no place in the world where beginnings meet ends, but in every place the end of a moment flows into a new beginning. He sought out a sage who directed him to the horizon, determined to control time and find out at what moment he could get rid of bad luck.
He asked the sage:"Now I know where the beginning and the end meet, what should I do?"
The sage replied:"If your past is filled with suffering, wait for the moment when the sun begins to rise on the horizon and then leave all the suffering behind.
If you have been a slave to bad habits in the past, wait for the sun to rise and for the next three days do only what you want to do for the rest of your life.
If your past is filled with painful relationships, then find some new people and move into your future with them, leave everyone else behind and don't look back.
If there was no joy in your life, then do whatever will make you happy. No matter how small the thing, the joy will spread to your entire future.
If there was no love in your life, at that moment look longingly towards the sun and you will know the love of your life."
The man thanked him and went on his way. He never visited the sage again.
Leave your old problems behind. Bring into the present only what you want to fulfill your future with. If you do, you will meet the love and happiness of your life.
At least that's what the old legend about the man and the sage says.
