In two hours, under the expert guidance of chefs from the Celje High School of Hospitality and Tourism, we will learn about the origin of food, its practical use in everyday life, recipes - little secrets of the great masters, and the range of wines that go with it.

Menu:
1. Vegetable risotto with ginger, with a piece of trout fillet.
2. Stuffed cabbage, chicken with paprika in a pancake
3. Chestnut cake.
As always, the evening will be culturally spiced up with a special guest.

MCC Cafe. Entrance fee is 15 EUR/person and includes 3 courses and surprises.
