"I was always happy with fashion and everything related to it, so I embarked on the path of clothing design at the Faculty of Design, I also spent some time in England, where I studied fashion design at the Leeds College of Art. I didn't worry too much about it, because I stand behind each of my pieces, which are the fruit of my imagination and knowledge and are made in Slovenia. Mancca: the story of geometric character jewelry
Manca Končnik she has been devoted to creation since she was young, from drawing and designing to jewelry. Her desire to create was so great that her mother bought all the necessary materials for her. "However, I seriously started dealing with fashion just under four years ago, when the first fashion product was created quite by accident," explains Manca, who was previously involved in painting.
Her abstract paintings also led her to laser cut geometric characters for wall detailing. "I have been connected to geometry since I was a child. And since there were small remnants of the larger cut-outs, I started putting them together and in a second the idea for 'crazy statement pieces' was born, which were crying out for a new story to be born from them." says Manca.
