Terra Meera: a house in unspoiled nature, where you will find inner peace again

The Terra Meera Regeneration Center in a small village on the slopes of Velebit is not only a perfect resting place for anyone who needs to recharge their batteries. Its owners tackled the regeneration of the guests holistically.

Terra Meera is the fruit of the philosophy of Irene Ateljević, who spent years studying the topic of sustainable development and tourism as part of training courses in the Netherlands and Australia. When she returned to Croatia, she returned to her native Murter, but soon she discovered a beautiful abandoned valley and a stone house in Bribir, which she instantly fell in love with.

The beautiful location, where peace reigns, and in the evenings you can only hear crickets singing on the terrace, contributes its stone to the regeneration mosaic. When the regeneration center was founded, Irena honestly changed the land itself, with the aim of making it as healthy as possible. For this purpose, she planted a few hundred trees, which bear witness to a philosophy that returns again to nature. In the next fifty years, with intensive industrial production, we will be left without healthy soil, and every healthy piece contributes to raising people's awareness of the importance of only this.

Domestic interior

The stone house has been completely renovated using local materials such as wood, stone and metal. The renovation took place under the leadership of architect Marija Rupa, who wanted to fit a new program into the old skeleton. The interior is warm and homely, and a large outdoor swimming pool awaits you on the large sunny terrace for a carefree break in silence. The interior is signed by Irena's daughter Tina. Who imagined a combination of minimalism and Mediterranean style, and dressed the details in colorful colors.

The house has a spacious living room with a kitchen, and there is also a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The villa also offers products from local vendors, and the Bibich winery is not far away. Local Alexandra, who is also a yoga instructor and offers private opportunities for exercise, takes care of the guests.
