Valamar is starting the construction of Croatia's largest five-star resort this fall. Where exactly will it be located and what will it offer?
It will slowly start to grow in Croatia the largest resort in the country, and the luxury resort will be located in Poreč. The Pical 2* hotel in Poreč will be transformed into year-round five-star luxury resort and with 500 rooms. They will be able to accommodate 1,700 guests, have 7 bars and 7 restaurants, swimming pools with 2,200 m2 of water surface, and a beach with a club, a congress center for 1,200 guests, an indoor pool, a wellness center... The resort should be suitable also for families and active recreation.
The investment is 790 million Croatian kuna (just under 107 million euros), and the resort should be completed in 2021. Valamar thus continues with investments in the Pical zone, which will be together with the hotel Valamar Collection Marea Suites 5*, opened this year, has become the trump card of Poreč tourism and one of the most attractive tourist zones in Croatia.
