Ingredients

    For the mousse:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • For the dressing:
  • 1/2 cup vegan heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate

Directions

  1. In a blender, first mix the sliced avocados, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, salt and maple syrup.
  2. Once these ingredients are combined into a smooth mixture, add the vanilla extract and almond milk and mix well again to get a creamy texture.
  3. While the mousse is being prepared, whip the sweet cream together with the powdered sugar.
  4. It is recommended that the cream is cold, as it will whip better. When the cream is ready, pour the mousse into decorative glass glasses, filling them halfway. Top with whipped cream and grate some dark chocolate.
