The Man From UNCLE is Guy Ritchie's first film since 2011, when he graced us with Sherlock Holmes. This time he's back with a new spy flick, an adaptation of the British TV series of the same name from 1964. And if we haven't bought you yet with the fact that Madonna's ex-husband took on the task of transferring from TV screens to the big screen, we will certainly have you with the story set during the hottest years of the Cold War, when CIA and KGB agents join forces.
The Man From UNCLE (the acronym stands for United Network Command for Law and Enforcement) brings some familiar faces. It's from the shoes of Superman to the shoes of a superagent CIE, Napoleon Solo, namely jumped Henry Cavill, who must cooperate with KGB operative Illya Kuryakin (Armie Hammer), in order to destroy a mysterious criminal organization that wants to drive the last nail in the coffin of relations between the superpowers with the help of nuclear weapons. Their only trace is a daughter (Alicia Vikander) of a missing German scientist who is the key to infiltrating the organization.
Some of the more famous faces are here Hugh Grant, and is rumored to appear in the film as well David Beckham. But this, like most of the story, remains a secret, but only until August 14, 2015, when the film will be released in cinemas.

And even though it is a spy movie, as we have since Guy Ritchie already used to it, things should not be taken too seriously, as he is known for his own humorous inserts. If you were looking for a person who would best characterize the film, it would be Sherlock Holmes or Iron Man in the image of Robert Downey Jr.
