Airship 002 is a new and unique architectural creation that can be booked through the Airbnb platform. It stands in Drimnin, Scotland.
The idea for a unique robust object made of aluminum is the fruit of architecture by Roderick James Studios. The relatively small living space offers just about everything you need for a comfortable life in contact with the surrounding nature. Airship 002 is modular, sustainable (made of aluminum) and suitable for two guests. If necessary, it can be disassembled and assembled again in a single week. Due to the modularity of the house, it is possible to adapt the structure and, if necessary, assemble it so that it has two bedrooms instead of one.
The design of the roof allows rainwater collection, which is then placed in the collectors under the floor. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, which enable the house to have electricity. The finishing touch is the double-glazed window, which makes guests feel as if they are on a spaceship.
Airship 002, which can be booked through the platform Airbnb, is a comfortable, slightly quirky and quite special facility that does not try to offer the comfort of a five-star hotel. Its trump card is its magical location on the secluded Scottish coast.
