- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon shelled sunflower seeds or protein base (optional for a fuller texture)
Directions
- Boil the potatoes: Boil the peeled and sliced potatoes in water (about 10–15 minutes) until completely soft. Then drain and let cool for a few minutes.
- Blending: Add boiled potatoes, 3 cups cold water, oil, salt, (optional) sweetener, vanilla, and sunflower seeds to a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend for at least 1–2 minutes until you have a completely smooth and light liquid. If you want a silkier texture, you can strain through cheesecloth or a fine strainer.
- Storage: Pour into a clean bottle or jar with a lid. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Always stir well before use, as the ingredients may separate.
