The first place was earned by Honda Civic, which costs on average $27,564 (€25,500) and endure 13.7 yearsThis means that a year of owning this car will only cost you $2,006 (€1,855) – less than half the industry average!
She won second place. Toyota Corollawhich costs $25,218 (€23,200) and endure 11.6 yearsThey follow her. Mazda3 hatchback, Honda Accord and Subaru Impreza Wagon, which round out the top five.
The best-selling car in the US, Toyota RAV4, came in eighth place, the first non-Japanese model, Kia Soul, and in ninth place. The only hybrid in the top 15 is Toyota Prius, which finished in twelfth place.
