Years do not leave the same marks on the skin of the entire body, some areas are particularly sensitive to the influence of time and gravity. Aging is inevitable, over the years our skin becomes thinner and loses its elasticity and slowly relaxes and wrinkles appear on it. By using care products, the signs of aging can be softened or delayed to a certain extent, but it must be taken into account that these signals do not appear uniformly. The focus of care is of course on the face, but some parts of the body show signs of aging earlier than the face.
Neck and neckline
The skin on the neck is among the first, if not the first, to yield under the pressure of time and gravity. The reason is that it is thinner, more delicate and more sensitive than the skin on other parts. Similar to the face, also on the neck and décolleté form fine lines and wrinkles, therefore, these parts need the same regular care and treatment as the face. The basis is hydration, so choose a rich moisturizing body cream that will also ensure a fuller appearance of the skin.
Hands
Hands constantly perform many tasks, we expose them to the sun and wind, cold and heat, they get dirty and washed, so it is not surprising that the skin of the hands is often dry, damaged and wrinkled, and that signs of aging may begin to appear on them for twenty years. Frequent washing and contact with water remove the natural moisture and oils from the skin of the hands, and the sun can cause premature wrinkling of the skin and the appearance of dark spots. In order to mitigate the damage or even better to prevent it, apply a rich, non-greasy cream to your hands every few hours, which deeply moisturizes the skin. In addition, protection from the sun is mandatory - protect your hands every day with a cream with a protective factor. Do NOT neglect the backs of the hands, as they are among the areas that are most often forgotten to protect from the sun.
Elbows
There are several reasons for faster visible aging of the elbows, such as prolonged sun exposure, dry skin, loss of collagen, structure and function. The elbows are mostly "bone and skin", there is little muscle and fat to fill them, and they are constantly moving, bending and straightening, therefore, the skin stretches and relaxes over time. Timely moisturizing and brightening of the skin with hyperpigmentation, which is not uncommon in this area, can help improve the appearance of the elbows.
Knees
The knees are essential for daily movement, which means that they often work "overtime" and are overloaded, and the pressure they are more or less constantly exposed to can contribute to to stretching and laxity of the skin. Added to this is the loss of collagen and skin elasticity, which causes the skin to sag and wrinkle over time. To prevent the knees from being dry and rough, it is recommended to take care of them with rich moisturizing creams that moisturize and soften the skin.
