The White Penthouse, as it was called by the Capital Construction architecture and design team, is a stylishly finished private apartment in Kyiv. And without a doubt, we dare to say that it is the wet dream of every minimalist who loves elegance and luxury!
Architects and interior designers at Capital Construction they furnished the entire space with white colors and ensured a clean interior. This apartment is part of a larger project, namely the furnishing and construction of the entire Obolon Residences apartment complex, which was completed this year.
The overall concept of the team was to provide a maximally open and clean interior. The apartment consists of two levels, and there is a living terrace at the top. On the first floor are the sleeping areas: the master bedroom and the children's room, separated by a smart glass partition, and a hallway. On the second floor, there is a space for socializing and gathering, with a fireplace that provides a warm and pleasant contrast to the otherwise austere whiteness. There is also a kitchen on this floor, which is equipped with a food elevator for added convenience. On the terrace there is a living room with a swimming pool, a sauna and a kitchen with a barbecue!
