When this homeless man from Spain got a makeover at a local hair salon, he also got a new life. With the help of scissors, hair dye and a new suit, Jose Antonio transformed himself into a stylish 'hipster' who was almost unrecognizable.
Jose Antonio, known among the locals as Josete, survived on the streets of Palma 25 years. One day, he was invited to La Salvajeria hair salon by its owner, Salva Garcia. When they washed him and showed him transformation, freshly trimmed beard and lush brown hair, Jose Antonio said burst into tears.

Full of joy, the proud Jose went about the city. The locals, who were used to his former appearance, were clearly shocked, and the compliments just rained down.
In the La Salvajeria hair salon, they revealed to a Spanish television station that Jose now receives financial assistance from an unnamed company and that he is no longer on the street.
"It wasn't just a change in appearance. It was a life changer," Jose told reporters.
