This is pure genius - a desk with a built-in bed

Did you sleep badly last night, are you tired from a busy day? You'll probably last until noon with the help of a few coffees, but after lunch you'll have a hard time keeping yourself from falling asleep at your desk. They probably followed this idea in the Greek architectural and design studio as well Studio NL, when they created this ingenious piece of office furniture. A case of a mixture between a desk and a bed, and designer Nancy Leivaditou got the idea for it while studying in New York, when she lived in a cramped and overcrowded apartment.

The work table with the bed is made of lacquered wood, metal and white leather, is simple enough for the office and beautiful enough to have in your apartment/house. In just a few steps, it turns from a work table into a bed - the front and sides are movable, the mattress is located below.

If you had it, you'd never have to worry about how you'd get through the rest of the workday. Unfortunately, the table is only a prototype for now, but that shouldn't stop you from maybe make your own.
