  1. Mix all the spices and set aside. Put the egg yolks in a heat-resistant container and place them on a steamer, constantly beating them with a whisk. You have to make sure they don't boil, so heat them slowly - up to 60 °C. Then add sugar, mix and mascarpone. Whip the cream in a separate bowl and mix it into the mascarpone and egg cream.
  2. Pour coffee at room temperature into the container, add rum and 3/4 of the spice mixture. Soak the cookies well in the coffee, rum and spice mixture. Place the cookies in a serving dish in a single layer. Spread half of the cream over it. Add another layer of cookies on top, and spread the cream again. Mix the remaining spice mixture with the cocoa and sprinkle it over the cake. Put the tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours to harden. Bon Appetit.
