She proved on her own body that weight is not important and that kilograms are just a number, and with her emotional outpouring she also encouraged other women not to let the scales dictate their lives. Fitness blogger Kelsey Wells has a powerful message for all women who are concerned about their weight. It explains in the best possible way why we shouldn't obsess about body weight. She recently posted on her Instagram profile three different photos, on which each time it has a different weight. It is difficult at first 65 kilograms, on the other 55 kilograms and on the third 63 kilograms. She herself considered her ideal weight to be 55 kilograms, but her followers unanimously asserted that an image eight kilograms more than her figure "suits" her best "dream" weight.

"To hell with the scales!" began a note on her Instagram profile under the photo, adding that we should not be slaves to their own weight, as she once was herself. And he continues: ”I am 170 centimeters tall and weigh 63 kilograms. Eight weeks after giving birth, when I started working out, I weighed 65 kilograms. Before pregnancy I weighed around 58 kilograms and was then convinced that my ideal weight was 55 kilograms, so I can slip into my skinniest jeans.” After a few months, she reached her goal, but then gained eight kilograms (she landed at 63 kilograms, which is two less than immediately after birth), which horrified her.
But it soon hit her: ”If she stayed with her previous way of thinking and her previous standards, she would be unhappy, but luckily I started measuring my success in the things that really count, which are strength, skill, endurance, health and happiness... My body arrangement she has completely changed. I never had more muscle and less fat like now. I have never been healthier than I am now. And I have never felt better in my own skin than I do now.” Let this be the goal of each of us, not the achievement unhealthy beauty ideals.
