A few days ago, the 4-day Ljubljana Fashion Week ended, which took place for the first time in the very heart of the city. The congress square has thus temporarily turned into a fashionable oasis of collections by Slovenian and foreign designers. For you, we have closely monitored the upcoming trends, which you can see in the selection of the best creations.
Med April 12 and 15 it is Ljubljana Fashion Week brought a diverse range of fashion collections to Congress Square, which catered for trend forecasts for autumn-winter 2015/2016. With the shift of the central event to the strict center of the city, Ljubljana joined foreign fashion capitals, which vibrantly pulsate with fashion during the presentation of upcoming trends.
It presented itself more than 20 fashion brands from Slovenia and also Croatia, Macedonia and Serbia:
Acculturation, Almirasadar, Ana Jelinic, Expensive, EBER fur industry, JSP, MAJA FERME FASHION, may stamol, MÊHLÊ, Miro Misljen, THE PRINCIPLE, Tanja Zorn, SENS, Sofia Nogard, Squat (Dajana Ljubičić, Ivan Rocco, Natasa Persuh, Petja Zorec) and Young@Squat and Milica Vukadinovic (Serbia), Irina Tosheva (Macedonia) and MARINADESIGN (Marina Obradović, Croatia).
In addition to the above, with their creations, Ljubljana Fashion Week, which this year was held under the auspices of the Municipality of Ljubljana, were also presented students of all years Chairs for Textile and Clothing Design of the Department of Textiles at Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Ljubljana. As a project in the first semester, the students also created a new fashion brand Kick by Olimpija, under which they designed patterns, clothes and fashion accessories for the football club Olimpija Ljubljana. The collection was also successfully walked down the middle of the runway at Ljubljana Fashion Week.
