The controversial triangular building Tour Triangle was signed by the Herzog & de Meuron office, which revealed the original plans for it back in 2008. The facility will have 120 hotel rooms, an eminent restaurant, a bar and 70,000 square meters of business space. With a height of 180 meters, it will become the third tallest building in Paris.

The real estate giant is behind the project Unibail-Rodamco, and Triangle will be located in the Porte de Versailles area (15th District). He will create 5000 new jobs during construction and another 5,000 after completion. After the Eiffel Tower (324 meters) and the Montparnasse Tower (209 m), it will with 180 meters, it is the third tallest building in the city of love, where for many years there was a strict restriction on the height of buildings. Until recently, residential buildings were not allowed to exceed the height 50 m, and commercial ones 180 m.
