Sevnica
In the Posavje Hills in Okroglica, 600 m above sea level, lies the Kranjc-Pavlič tourist farm. It can be reached from Zidani Most or Sevnica via Loka and Radeč. The facility is built in the style of a hayloft, old tools are on display, and you can feel that you have come to a homely environment. The farm can be visited from March to October, as everything happens outside, in contact with nature. In addition to various activities such as fishing, boating, swimming in the pool and other sports activities, the farm also serves an unforgettable meal. If you have the will, you can even prepare it yourself in their fireplace. Under the huge hayloft - in the dining room, you must definitely try the local fish - trout, grass carp, carp and bream, most of which come from the five ponds owned by the farm. They offer visitors a real adrenaline experience, as you can catch your own fish. Families come to the tourist farm for a full-day trip, which offers a real experience, especially for the youngest. Those who are not fans of fish can try grilled goat or lamb, mixed grilled meat, various salads, homemade mushroom soup and desserts, among which they highlight homemade pancakes and walnut, cottage cheese or cheese potica. Among the drinks, homemade plum wine is the one that you can't do without on their farm. Every year in May, they organize a goulash festival, where groups register and compete in the preparation of goulash. If we have some time left after lunch, we can also visit the Sevnica Castle or St. Lawrence, which is full of blooming gentian in May.
