Twelve years old Florian and his beloved collie Lassie they are inseparable and best friends. They live happily with their family in an idyllic village in the south of Germany. When Florian's father loses his job, the family has to move to a smaller apartment where dogs are not allowed. Florian is completely devastated as he has to give Lassie away.
Florian and Lassie are inseparable and best friends.Lassie is assigned to care to Count von Sprengl, who with his dog and his 12-year-old granddaughter Priscilla travels to the North Sea. When the Count's evil butler starts mistreating Lassie, Lassie takes advantage a chance to escape and begins an adventurous journey through Germany to find her friend Flo. But Lassie isn't the only one on the journey. Even Flo can't take it anymore and starts looking for her dog!
