Many times it turns out that the truth is completely different and much darker. That leaving your job and venturing out into the world with no money and no serious plan, just with a great deal of positivity and a desire for adventure and embracing life by the full spoonful, is unfortunately not enough. But the exception that proves the rule are two travelers from Poland who traveled halfway around the world on 8 dollars a day!

Young a traveler from Poland have done what many wish to do but dare not do. They entered the world with their bellies hungry for bread. But they did not go across the border for a better life. They set off to see the world. The only problem? You were out of steam and contrary to Jay Alvarrez and Alexis Ren they did not have rich parents in the hinterland. But that didn't stop them. They bought an old one for $600 Volkswagen minivan, painted it, packed tents and other luggage, stocked up on food and hit the road.

They visited in six years more than 50 countries on five continents and traveled more than 150 thousand kilometers. They never paid a cent for accommodation, because they slept all the time either in a minivan or in a tent, and they only ate what they cooked themselves.
