1. Hibiscus tea

The high content of vitamin C in hibiscus is very important for the normal functioning of the immune system.

Preparation:
Pour half a cup of dried flowers of this medicinal plant into 2 liters of water. Wait for the liquid to boil, then remove the pan from the hob and cover it. After 15 minutes, strain the tea and add ¼ cup of honey and 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice. Drink one cup 3 times a day. Store the rest in the refrigerator.

2. American Straw Hat

The root of this plant supports the work of the immune system. Its ingredients help the defense mechanism to eliminate the causes of infections and at the same time speed up the recovery of the body.

Preparation:
Mix ¼ cup of dried root, a teaspoon of dried lemongrass, and a teaspoon of dried mint. Pour 8 cups of boiling water over everything. After 15 minutes, strain and drink with the addition of a teaspoon of honey. Take 1-2 cups a day and keep the rest in the fridge.

Preparation:
In a bowl, combine a cup of green tea mixture, the peel of two oranges, half a cup of dried rose petals, and half a cup of dried hibiscus flowers. One teaspoon of the mixture is poured with 200 ml of boiling water and after 3 minutes of rest, the tea is strained and drunk. Drink one cup of this drink every day.

4. Lemon grass

Its essential oils and flavonoids stimulate the immune system to do its job. This plant has a natural antibacterial and antiviral effect and acts as an antiseptic.

Preparation:
Chop ¼ cup fresh herb leaves. Leave the pieces to release a little oil in the cup before pouring 2dl of boiling water over them. After 10 minutes of rest, add a teaspoon of honey. Drink warm. Take 2-3 cups a day.

5. Oregano

Both fresh and dried forms of oregano are a treasure trove of vitamins C, E, A and K. These vitamins are important for strengthening weakened immunity and for fighting bacteria, viruses and fungi.

Preparation:
A teaspoon of dried leaves of the plant is poured with 200 ml of boiling water. Strain the liquid after 10 minutes of rest. Strain the tea before consumption. Drink 1-2 cups of tea a day.

6. Rosehip tea

Rosehips contain more vitamin C than citrus fruits, which makes them a very useful means of strengthening the immune system. They also contain flavonoids, which improve the absorption of this important vitamin.

Preparation:
Pour two or three handfuls of dried rose hips with a liter of cold water. Leave everything to stand overnight, then heat the mixture to a boil in the morning. Reduce the heat and let the tea brew for about 15 minutes. Strain everything. Add the juice of one lemon and three teaspoons of honey. Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day. You can store the rest in the refrigerator.

7. Nettle tea

Nettle is often used in folk medicine. It is full of minerals and vitamins, has the ability to stimulate the lymphatic system, which is part of the immune system. This is how antibodies and lymphocytes are produced, which fight against infectious agents.

Preparation:
Pour a spoonful of chopped dried nettle leaves into 150 ml of water. Bring everything to a boil and strain after 10 minutes of rest. Drink one cup of tea three times a day.

8. Turmeric tea

The yellow, recognizable spice is known for its antimicrobial and anti-cancer properties.
Cleanses and stimulates the lymphatic system and thus strengthens general immunity.

Preparation:
Pour 5 cups of water into the container. Add a 5cm piece of turmeric root, a 5cm piece of ginger root, the rind of one lemon, a pinch of cayenne pepper and a grain of black pepper. As soon as the contents start to boil, remove it from the hob. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and a teaspoon of melted coconut oil into it. Sweeten with honey when the mixture has cooled. Take one cup a day on an empty stomach and store the rest in the refrigerator.
