Can you imagine an island full of cute puppies running around and 'hiding' your flip-flops? Pretty heavenly, right? But this doesn't just exist in some parallel universe, it exists right on our planet, specifically on the island of Providenciales, which belongs to Turks and Caicos. Hundreds of puppies are waiting for you there, which you can play with, walk or adopt.
Charity organization Potcake Place since 2005 on the island of Providenciales rescues cute puppies who are facing many problems such as hunger. They are mostly puppies a mix of labrador, german shepherd and fox terrier, and adults weigh between 20 and 23 kilograms. They take in about 500 dogs every year.
You have to be old to adopt them at least 25 years and all members of your family must be aware that this is a multi-year commitment that should not be taken lightly.

All puppies have them health certificate, where all health information and vaccinations are recorded. Adoption is free, but a donation is requested to cover the necessary costs.

But this is not the only tropical island that accepts dogs. Territorio de Zaguates in Costa Rica also takes in stray dogs, where they take care of them, groom them and welcome visitors who might want to adopt them.
