Do you remember the last time you managed to put on a sock while standing on one leg? No? Most of us neglected balance a long time ago and this is reflected in our overall unbalanced lifestyle. However, we can find it again, and at the same time, we can still train the body extensively by walking on the "belt" or, as they call it abroad, slackline. As funny as it sounds, this very "gurtna" will cause us inconvenience, because at the first steps we will realize that the matter is not as simple as it looks, and soon we will be addicted to it and will strain the "gurtna" everywhere we go. she will show us the possibility. And it's not just about balance. Slackline is an excellent way of physical exercise, meditation, relaxation and finding new challenges, because soon we will want to walk longer and longer distances, and the wilder ones can be used as a trampoline, which again offers us full possibilities of jumps and other tricks. All we need is a "belt" and a tensioner, and the door to the world of balance will open for us. If you would like to see what it looks like: almost every Tuesday in Ljubljana's Tivoli, to the left of the Jakopič promenade, the "gurtne" is stretched, where everyone can test their skills.
