Beat: CITY CHEF cooking academy - December pampering

On Wednesday, we created at the CITY CHEF cooking academy. This time, we indulged in December.

December it is a time of joy, socializing with friends and culinary indulgence. On this one cooking academy we have provided some hints that will serve as inspiration for ours festive culinary masterpieces. Under the watchful eye of the chef Dragan Marjanovič from the Kaval restaurant we prepared a mosaic of cold appetizers, beef fillet in pepper sauce and much more. Greg Roda's pastry chef from confectionery Lolita but he taught us how to surprise our loved ones with macarons, which have been popular lately dessert. He also introduced himself during the academy winemaker Štekar. The official water of the event was Pit.

It's also December a time of charity, selflessness, and a time when we repeatedly remember people in need, whom we also try to help within the limits of our capabilities. In this spirit, we supported with dessert and signatures the Cake for Amnesty project.
