On Wednesday, together with the visitors of the CITY CHEF cooking academy, we prepared the winning recipes of the Ob dobra hraná prize game with Jamnica and City Magazine.
At this year's CITY CHEF cooking academy, we spiced up the now fairly snowy January with seafood, cake pops and chocolate souffle, the winning recipes of the prize game Ob dobra hraná with Jamnica and City Magazine.
Under the watchful eye of the chef Dragan Marjanoviča from the restaurant Kaval we prepared raw pockets with shrimps and tomatoes, baked salmon with fried arugula, and pumpkin ravioli with shrimps and dried tomatoes. Pastry master Greg Roda from a pastry shop Lolita but he taught us how to make cake pops and chocolate souffles. A winemaker also presented himself during the academy Kristančič. The official water of the event was Jamnica.
