We can treat ourselves to everything from excellent breakfasts made from Slovenian delicacies, to traditional lunches made from seasonal ingredients offered by the Ljubljana market and the surrounding farms. They skilfully combine the traditional with the modern, which is evident from the a la carte offer. We must also visit their lounge, pool bar on the terrace, where they organize a BBQ party at the weekend. A pleasant and intimate atomsphere in the light of candles and torches and a swimming pool with a wonderful view of the Ljubljanica and the castle, we will be able to try warm dishes from the grill, which will be brightened up by interesting sauces and grilled vegetables. We can round it all off with a drop of rujno from the rich treasury of Slovenian and foreign wines, which are also available by the glass.
