The amateur, much more thriller-like version of the Fifty Shades Darker trailer has YouTubers in awe. "If the movie was like that, I would definitely watch it," even men say.
In the book Fifty Shades Darker, we learn that Christian Gray was beaten as a child by the pimp of his mother, who was a drug addict and left the boy to fend for himself. Hungry and cold. When his mother dies of an overdose, Christian remains locked in the apartment next to his deceased mother for four days. He resolves his trauma with the help of BDSM, a therapist and, to a large extent, the unconditional love of Anastasia Steele.
And with this story, the dark begins fan version of the trailer that continues with a great cast. Christian's domino Elena is played in the trailer by Michelle Pfeifer, Christian's therapist Gabriel Byrne, Christian's former subordinate Olivia Wilde.
