Villa Pavlina is not a typical apartment house. It lies in the picturesque Alpine mountains in the Upper Sava Valley and offers a unique story and dream that you won't find anywhere else. The owners wanted to combine tradition and modernity to create a sophisticated residence that celebrates the materials and craftsmanship of the mountainous region. In the following, we will take you on a journey through Vila Pavlina in Kranjska Gora.
One of the biggest advantages Villa Pavlina is its location. It is located next to the ski slope Kranjska Gora and boasts private parking and a covered garage. You won't have to worry about how to find a parking space or how to store all your ski equipment.
Villa Pavlina, Kranjska Gora
The villa offers 12 apartments that can accommodate up to six people. All apartments have a modern kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms. The highlight is wellness with two saunas, a massage room, a swimming pool and a salt room, as well as a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. The entrances to the house and apartments are enabled with a code, which ensures maximum security and privacy for the guests.
Every corner of Villa Pavlina is thoughtfully decorated with works of art, from photographs to wooden sculptures, museum objects and decorative elements on the walls. You will find these details in each apartment, in the corridors, staircase and garage. The exterior of the villa is decorated with three unique wooden statues, statues of an eagle, a Corten deer and works of art from ancient times. Every detail tells its own story and creates an exceptional experience for guests. When furnishing the apartments, special fabrics from well-known companies were used for curtains, decorative covers for beds, sofas and armchairs, beds and pillows.
The materials used in Villa Pavlina are carefully and meticulously selected for their quality and naturalness. Luserna stone, which is used in Italy, France and other European countries, has been used to cover internal stairs, parts of external pressure and in wellness. This stone is known for its dark gray color and silver reflections, which give a sense of austere robustness and preciousness. In the building, larch wood was used to a large extent for cladding, beams, parapets, frameworks, balconies and yard fences, which recreate the typical atmosphere of mountain areas. Oak wood was used for interior floors, wall coverings, furniture and photo frames, and metal for roofing, snow caps, chimneys, spikes, gutters and water collection elements. With this type of construction and the use of wood, CO2 emissions into the atmosphere were reduced by almost 200 tons.
Villa Pavlina opened its doors in February 2023 and expects guests to experience Kranjska Gora like never before. It offers a mix of tradition and modernity that celebrates the region's natural materials and handcrafts. A unique story, excellent location, sophisticated accommodation, art and carefully selected materials make Villa Pavlina a special place to stay.
