With the renovation, the owners breathed new life into it, relying on the best local materials such as these Istrian stone and reused wood.
The three-story villa extends to 250 m2 and has three bathrooms and three giant bedrooms with air conditioning and a comfortable king-size bed. In addition to the double bed, the attic bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for spending the night with children. The central space is a spacious living room, which continues to the terrace and thus offers quality spending time outdoors and between four walls.
The real gem is the outside "infinity" pool, with a view of the surroundings of picturesque Motovun and a beautiful garden. Next to it is a giant outdoor bed, which is intended for socializing and basking in the sun. A refrigerator with a refreshing drink is within reach. In case of bad weather, indulge yourself in the Turkish wet room, which is located at the end of the garden.
