At the Geneva Motor Show in March 2013, Ferrari unveiled its latest showpiece, the LaFerrari - a sleek beast with nearly 1,000 horsepower. A few months later, the Hublot MP-05 wristwatch was released, matching the look and feel of the LaFerrari.
Hublot MP-05 LaFerrari was created as a tribute super sportsman. It is made of sapphire crystal, designed to resemble the outline of a car, and black Titanium PVD and with a rubber band. Together they make up a watch 637 components, which is a record for Hublot. Its special feature is winding with the included miniature drill, and it allows for a 50-day reserve, which is a world record among Tourbillon watches. It justifies its high price with beautiful details such as the cylinders in the center of the clock, made of anodized black aluminum with SuperLuminova left and right marks. The ones on the left show the amount of power left in the watch, while the marks on the right show the time.
