Waterville is a spectacular minimalist residence in the Dutch capital, to be exact on the river Amstel. Top floor two-story houses on the water they filled the living room and the kitchen that accompany them panoramic windows and sliding doors. These open the way to a floating terrace that stretches along the entire house. And when we say upstairs, we actually mean ground floor, as a floating staircase leads to the bedroom and bathroom, which are under water!
