Designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini has unveiled plans for Wayaland, a new-age city of buildable and eco-friendly pyramids that float on water. It wants to offer people an experience that has never been possible before.
They will be part of the city on the water hotels, shops, swimming pools, gyms, bars and cinemas. It's a project ecologically oriented, as the energy that will be consumed in Wayaland, obtained exclusively from renewable energy sources, namely water and the sun.
The main pyramid will be spread over the surface 3000 square meters. It will be part of her huge basement floor boat harbor with reception. Generators and power plants will be found below the surface of the water.
The facilities will jointly offer 10 floors with the surface 6500 square meters. The highest pyramid will reach height 30 meters above sea level.
Lazzarini wants to raise funds for the construction of the first two-story pyramid by offering the possibility of pre-booking a hotel room for 2022. The price of a night spent in Wayaland is 1000 euros, and are needed to complete the first pyramid 350,000 euros. Any individual who decides to donate some property to the project will officially become a citizen of Wayaland. He will even receive a special passport.
