We all have to accept that life has its ups and downs, but that doesn't mean we have to stop laughing!

Life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes you won't even know you're on your way up until you suddenly fall. Some days you will feel like you are flying on a cloud, jumping for joy on the moon, you will feel great. But some days you will feel as if nothing is as it should be. You'd rather stay in bed, pull the covers over your head and go back to sleep so you don't have to deal with the world.

Some days life will be easier, others harder. It would be best to be somewhere in the middle most of the time and full of magic, mystery and filled with the little ups and downs that give life - life.

But sometimes life is hard, very hard. Sometimes it's harder than you thought it would ever be, and it takes longer than you expected. Longer than you could ever imagine. Sometimes the world is much harder and your heart feels like it's sinking and wants so badly to crawl back into its shell and hide far away from the world, from the problems.

You think that you should go through all your problems with a smile on your face so that you don't have to show anyone that you are having a difficult day. You think you need to hide the fact that you feel like you're feeling pressure in your head and the whole world is collapsing on your shoulders. Not at all.

Some days you won't be able to be strong and show your smiling face, you won't be able to hide, even behind the mask you sometimes put on. You won't be able to fake it, no matter how hard you try. Your smile will be fake, fake, your eyes will be dull, sad, full of pain.

Some days you won't be able to say anything to anyone because your soul will be so quiet and your mind so tired. On those days, it's important to remember that there's nothing wrong with you, that everything is fine, that it's just you. Only you who feel like you are falling, you who are tired and feel insecure. You feel unknown. Your heart is too tired.

Don't feel guilty if you ever have a bad day. Why should you be ashamed, why should you be embarrassed if you are tired, if your mind hurts and your body is tired of everything? You don't have to hide the fact that sometimes life is hard, and sometimes it hurts to be human. Don't get mad at yourself if you ever feel indecisive or unsure.

It's okay to feel, to hear your feelings and to allow yourself to sometimes not be who you are, to not be positive, to be sad, to make mistakes. Be compassionate and caring towards yourself and respect your own feelings. Accept the fact that you are who you are today and that in time things will get easier again. Everything will be fine, you will overcome obstacles in life. Allow yourself to make mistakes, to feel all kinds of emotions, regardless of how you feel about it.

Even when you're struggling through hard times, you're still a good person. You are still worthy of all the love and laughter in the universe. Everything may not come together right away, and your path may look like a spider's web rather than a straight line, but you are still growing and moving forward, even when life is difficult.

Forgive yourself. Forgive yourself many times. Be compassionate with yourself. You don't need to put on a brave face all the time. Don't try to make others love you. Just do what you can, to the best of your ability at that moment, from where you are and what you are. That's enough. That's quite enough!
