Italian Culinary Week, Ljubljana (2016)

Between November 23 and 26, Italian cuisine days will be held in Ljubljana, as part of the Slovenian Book Fair, where fans of this type of food will come to the account. During four days, various workshops and tastings will take place, which will take visitors along the paths of traditional Italian delicacies.

ENJOY ITALY: IN SEARCH OF THE LOST COCOA
The workshop will take place within the framework of KulinArtfest. Fabio de Visentini, President and CEO of Chox, will take visitors into the mysterious world of chocolate and cocoa.

Thursday, 24.11.
VIA DEI SAPORI: A MODERN HISTORY OF ITALIAN WINE
The book New History of Italian Wine will be presented by its editor, renowned Italian sommelier Walter Filiputti. The lecture will be accompanied by a tasting prepared by Italian chefs awarded with a Michelin star, Teresa Covaceuszach from the restaurant Sale e pepe and Alessandro Gavagna from the restaurant La Subida.

Friday, 25.11.
ENJOY ITALY: FAST COOLING OF DISHES IN MODERN CULINARY STYLE
Visitors who pay attention to tasty and healthy food will learn about the characteristics of rapid coolers and their operation at the workshop.

Saturday, 26.11.
ENJOY ITALY: THE STORY OF DISTILLATES
Lisa Tosolini, from a well-known family of spirits producers, will give a lecture on spirits, their use and consumption on various occasions. The explanation will be enriched with a tasting.
