A typical sight in shopping malls. The women shop frantically, while the men stand around bored, preferring to escape for a drink after a few hours. But the resourceful Steve Venegas turned his wife's otherwise tedious shopping trips into an imaginatively entertaining game.
Instead of acting out and desperately looking for ways out, he found joy through creating "selfies" with dolls in stores. Mimicking their poses and expressions, he thus created a set of comic double scenes. His happy photos can be followed on the social network as part of the Gap Mannequin Project Tumblr.
