What to wear in summer to hide sweat stains?

Summer brings a feeling of freedom, joy, music in the streets, short nights, but unfortunately also a lot of sweat. Those who are in a hurry for an important meeting in the middle of a hot day are especially hungry, and a flood accumulates in their armpits. So how to dress in summer to hide sweat stains?

The easiest way to avoid sweating:

1. Get rid of gray.

Avoid gray on hot days.
Avoid gray on hot days.

There are a lot of sweat stains on gray t-shirts, shirts and other clothes they see better, so avoid them on hot days. Instead, wear something black, dark blue or all white. Make large bends around synthetic materials, as they get hotactions always work best cotton. White color too hides blemishes best, which are left by deodorant or antiperspirant.

2. Patterns are the law.

Patterns are the law.
The samples cover any stains.

If you already wear colored clothes, then choose those with many samples. Namely, samples cover up any stains. And there's another advantage about dresses with patterns - they do not need to be ironed, because they are anyway good to see.

3. Wear a bigger size.

Better to wear an oversized shirt.
You'd better wear an oversized t-shirt.

Avoid tight t-shirts, which can emphasize carefully cultivated muscles, but the body can hardly breathe in them. Put on a number instead a bigger shirt, as you normally wear it, and let the air blow freely between you and the fabric.

4. Wear terrycloth shirts.

Wear "towel" shirts.
Don't be afraid of a slightly thicker texture.

These are t-shirts that are made of the same material as bathroom towels. Fear not lightly thicker texture, you won't be any hotter in them. Above all, you will stay dry in them all the time, because they absorb any moisture.

5. Wear an undershirt.

Wear an undershirt.
If you wear the thinnest undershirt that will absorb all the way through, you won't feel bad, trust me.

This works quite contrary to the idea of wearing as little as possible to be as comfortable as possible in high temperatures, but if you wear the thinnest undershirt that will absorb all the way, you will be fine, believe me.

6. Wear appropriate footwear.

Wear appropriate footwear.
Put on your sandals.

Put on your shoes sandals, flip flops, linen shoes or anything easy. Everything else belongs in the closet and should wait there until autumn. And don't forget your socks (doesn't apply to sandals and flip flops!!!), if you don't, you'll regret it the first second you take your shoes off. And what kind of callouses can you produce by accident.

7. Wear linen and other natural materials.

Put your feelings first!
Put your feelings first!

If a special occasion or job requires a full dress, go for natural, thin materials. Everything else will almost hermetically seal you in and you'll soon feel like you're in a sauna. Maybe it will linen dress slightly more crumpled after the bus ride, a put well-being first.

8. If none of this works, it's time to call 911.

Cloths.
Cloths are basically a perfectly good solution.

As a last resort, buy cloths to place in the armpits and groin areas they absorb sweat. In fact, they are completely good solution, just make sure they don't fall on the floor if you have to change your clothes in society.
